: (1) If at least one-fourth of the members of the Assembly submit a written application to the Prime Minister stating that the office-bearer or the member of the Assembly has not acted in accordance with the purpose of this Act or has not behaved in accordance with his position or has not acted honestly or lacks efficiency, an inquiry committee shall be appointed by the Prime Minister from among the members of the Assembly. will be formed.
(2) The investigation committee as per sub-section (1) shall investigate the matter and submit its report to the Prime Minister and the Prime Minister shall make arrangements to place such report before the Assembly for discussion.
(3) When discussing the report submitted in accordance with sub-section (2) in the assembly, if the majority members of the assembly decide that the office bearer or member of the assembly has not acted in accordance with the purpose of this Act or has not behaved in accordance with his position or has not worked honestly or lacks efficiency, the prime minister shall remove such officer or member of the assembly. The member of the assembly will be removed from his position.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (3), the office bearer or member of the assembly shall be given an opportunity to clean up before being removed from office.
